30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Free Returns — No Restocking Fee
Returns are on us. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label — you pay nothing to send it back, and there is no restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
Email support@reformora.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a return authorization, your prepaid label, and instructions on where to ship.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect covered by our 2-year warranty, contact us right away (within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage) with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-configured or made-to-order equipment and clearance items are final sale unless defective.
