Shipping & Delivery

We want your equipment to arrive quickly, safely, and at no extra cost to you.

Free, Tracked & Insured Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia — fully tracked and insured from our warehouse to your door, with duties and taxes included. Shipping availability is always confirmed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Times

• Reformers, towers, chairs & large apparatus: 7–14 business days via freight carrier. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Accessories & small items: 3–7 business days via standard parcel carrier.
• International orders (outside the contiguous US) may take a little longer depending on the destination.

Freight Deliveries

Large equipment is delivered curbside on a pallet. Please inspect your shipment on arrival, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. Because every delivery is fully insured, eligible transit damage or loss is resolved at no cost to you.
