Warranty Policy

At Reformora, we stand behind the quality of our Pilates equipment and are committed to providing products designed for long-term performance, comfort, and reliability.

This Warranty Policy explains the coverage provided for eligible Reformora products purchased through our official website.

1. Warranty Coverage

Reformora offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty Periods

Pilates Reformers and Large Equipment:
• 2-Year Limited Warranty on the frame
• 1-Year Limited Warranty on non-consumable parts and components

Accessories:
• 90-Day Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

2. What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers:

• Structural defects in the frame
• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Defects in workmanship under normal intended use
• Faults in eligible parts or components not caused by misuse or external damage

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage, including minor scratches, scuffs, or fabric wear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or improper assembly
• Damage caused by accidents, impact, water, fire, pets, or environmental exposure
• Damage resulting from commercial, rental, or studio use unless otherwise stated
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
• Consumable items or parts subject to natural wear over time
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces not approved by Reformora

4. Residential Use Only

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Reformora warranties apply to personal residential use only. Products used in commercial, institutional, or studio settings may not be covered under this policy.

5. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team and include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product name
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the problem

6. Claim Review and Resolution

Once your claim is received, our team will review the issue and may request additional information.

If the claim is approved, Reformora may, at its discretion:

• Provide replacement parts
• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Offer another appropriate solution based on the issue and product availability

Reformora reserves the right to determine the most appropriate remedy in each case.

7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved, Reformora may cover the cost of replacement parts or other approved solutions. Any additional shipping costs, service fees, or return shipping arrangements may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reformora’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or resolution of the affected product or component. Reformora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

9. Non-Transferable Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
