The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Assembly

Assembly is required. Because the Cadillac weighs approximately 120 kg / 264.6 lbs, we recommend having at least two capable adults available to unpack, position and assemble the equipment safely. The product includes an installation tool kit, and the supplier provides a dedicated setup guide for this Cadillac model.

Before beginning:

• Place all components on a clean, protected surface.
  
• Confirm that the frame, tower sections, springs, straps, fittings and hardware are present.
  
• Assemble the Cadillac in its intended location to avoid moving it after setup.
  
• Position it on a flat, stable and level floor.
  
• Follow the supplied instructions and product-specific setup video carefully.
  
• Fully tighten all bolts and fittings before attaching the springs and accessories.
  
• Check that the tower frame is level, secure and free from movement before use.

Before Every Use

• Inspect the frame, springs, straps, clips, ropes and attachment points.
  
• Confirm that all bolts and fittings remain securely tightened.
  
• Check that each spring and accessory is connected to the correct attachment point.
  
• Do not use the Cadillac if any spring, strap, clip, rope or fitting appears worn, loose or damaged.
  
• Use the equipment on a clear, level surface with adequate space around and above the frame.
  
• Beginners should learn spring setup and exercise technique with a qualified Pilates instructor.
  

Cleaning

Wipe the upholstered surface after use with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Dry it immediately with a clean cloth.

Clean the oak frame with a dry or lightly damp microfiber cloth. Do not saturate the wood or allow moisture to remain on the surface.

Wipe the stainless-steel rails and hardware regularly to remove dust, perspiration and residue. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges, solvents and oil-based cleaners.

Ongoing Maintenance

• Inspect springs regularly for gaps, deformation, corrosion or loss of tension.
  
• Check straps, ropes and loops for fraying or weakened stitching.
  
• Retighten frame bolts and tower fittings periodically.
  
• Keep moving hardware clean and free from dust.
  
• Replace damaged or heavily worn components before using the equipment again.
  
• Use only compatible replacement parts approved for this model.
  

Storage & Environment

Keep the Cadillac indoors in a clean, dry and well-ventilated space. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture or large temperature changes, as these may affect the wood, upholstery and metal components.

Do not place heavy objects on the cushioned table when the equipment is not in use.
