The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Assembly

Your Reformora Black Aluminum Pilates Reformer requires final setup before use. For safe and accurate installation:

• We recommend assembly by two adults.
  
• Place the reformer on a flat, stable surface with enough space around it for movement.
  
• Follow the included assembly instructions and tighten all bolts and fittings securely.
  
• Check that the carriage moves smoothly and that the springs, ropes, straps, footbar and shoulder rests are correctly attached.
  
• Inspect all connections before your first workout and periodically during regular use.
  
• Do not use the reformer if any component appears loose, damaged or incorrectly installed.
  

Professional assembly is recommended if you are unfamiliar with Pilates equipment installation.

Care & Maintenance

• Wipe the frame, carriage and upholstery after use with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
  
• Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid bleach, alcohol-based products and harsh chemicals.
  
• Keep the carriage rails clean and free from dust, hair and debris.
  
• Regularly inspect the springs, ropes, straps, pulleys, wheels and hardware for signs of wear.
  
• Tighten loose fittings when necessary and replace worn components before continuing use.
  
• Keep the reformer indoors, away from moisture, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  
• Do not place heavy objects on the upholstery when the reformer is not in use.
