The reformer arrives partially assembled and requires light setup before use. An installation tool kit is included. Due to the product’s size and weight, two-person handling is recommended during unpacking, assembly, and positioning.

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns include prepaid return shipping or arranged carrier collection, with no restocking fee. The reformer must be complete and returned with its accessories, tools and original protective packaging, so please keep all boxes and packing materials until you have inspected your order.
The reformer includes a 2-year limited warranty on the frame and a 1-year limited warranty on eligible non-consumable parts. Coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification and commercial use are not covered.
