The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Assembly

• Two adults are recommended for safe unpacking and setup.
• Assemble the reformer on a flat, stable surface with enough space around the machine.
• Follow the included instructions to install the footbar, shoulder rests, springs, ropes and other accessories.
• Make sure all bolts, fasteners, ropes and springs are securely connected before use.
• Test the carriage slowly to ensure it moves smoothly and quietly along the rails.

Care

• Wipe the maple frame with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it immediately.
• Clean the upholstery using mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Keep the stainless-steel rails clean and free from dust, hair and debris.
• Regularly inspect the springs, straps, ropes, wheels and fasteners for wear or damage.
• Store indoors in a dry environment, away from excessive moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
• Do not lubricate the rails or wheels unless recommended in the supplied maintenance instructions.
