The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Assembly

Minimal setup may be required. Carefully remove all packaging and place the spine corrector on a flat, dry, and stable surface. Attach any removable handles or components only if they are packaged separately, using the supplied hardware and instructions.

Before first use, confirm that the frame sits evenly and that all handles, screws, and fittings are securely tightened. The supplier does not publish an exact assembly procedure, so avoid stating that the product arrives fully assembled unless your supplier confirms this.

Care

Wipe the padded surface after each use with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a small amount of mild soap diluted with water.

Avoid bleach, alcohol, solvents, abrasive cleaners, and excessive moisture, as these may damage the upholstery or wood finish.
