The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Assembly & Care
Assembly
Some assembly is required. Due to the reformer’s size and 110 kg (242.5 lbs) weight, we recommend having at least two adults available for safe unpacking, positioning, and installation.
Place the reformer on a flat, stable surface with sufficient clearance around the machine. Follow the supplied instructions to install the tower frame, footbar, shoulder rests, ropes, straps, springs, and included accessories. Tighten all bolts and fittings securely, then check that the carriage moves smoothly before your first workout.

Care & Maintenance
Wipe the microfiber leather upholstery after use with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and dry the surface immediately. Avoid bleach, alcohol, abrasive cleaners, solvents, and excessive water.
Clean the guide rails regularly with a dry microfiber cloth to remove dust, hair, and debris. Keep the wheels and carriage track clean to maintain a smooth and quiet glide.
Inspect the springs, ropes, straps, hooks, bolts, and tower connections regularly. Stop using the equipment immediately if any component appears loose, damaged, stretched, cracked, or excessively worn.
Retighten hardware periodically, especially during the first few weeks of use. Keep the reformer indoors and away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, heat sources, and water.
