Shipping Policy

At Reformora, we want your order to arrive safely, clearly, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping costs, processing times, delivery options, and tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in the following regions:

United States
Canada and North America
United Kingdom
Europe
Australia
Oceania

Shipping availability may depend on the product, delivery address, and carrier service area.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarding addresses, or locations outside our available delivery zones.

For large Pilates equipment, some remote locations may require additional delivery confirmation. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer two shipping options at checkout.

Free Tracked & Insured Delivery is available for all eligible orders at no cost. This shipping option is free and has an estimated transit time of 7–12 business days after your order has been processed.

Express Shipping is available for $79.95 and has an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before payment. There are no hidden shipping fees.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time includes order verification, preparation, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time includes both order processing time and carrier transit time.

For Free Tracked & Insured Delivery, the estimated total delivery time is 8–15 business days. This includes 1–3 business days for processing and 7–12 business days for transit.

For Express Shipping, the estimated total delivery time is 6–11 business days. This includes 1–3 business days for processing and 5–8 business days for transit.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country, delivery address, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, high-demand periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Every order includes tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Free Tracked & Insured Delivery

Our standard shipping option is Free Tracked & Insured Delivery.

This means your order includes tracking and is protected during transit in case of eligible loss or damage while being shipped.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available for $79.95.

Express Shipping has an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after the order has been processed.

Large Item Delivery

Some Reformora products, including Pilates reformers and larger Pilates equipment, may ship in large or heavy packages.

Delivery may be handled by a parcel carrier or freight carrier depending on the product size and delivery address.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete, correct, and accessible for delivery.

Large item delivery does not include assembly, installation, or in-home setup unless clearly stated on the product page.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may apply depending on your country.

These fees are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may also affect delivery time in some countries.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping or return costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at:

We will help you check the shipment status with the carrier.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will help arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, photos of the damaged item, and a short description of the issue.

We will review the case and help arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution when applicable.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to follow our return process.
