Assembly & Care
Your Reformora Aluminum Pilates Reformer arrives partially assembled. Due to its size and approximate weight of 165 lb / 75 kg, two adults are recommended for receiving, moving and completing the setup.
Place the reformer on a flat, stable indoor surface with enough surrounding space for safe movement. Follow the supplied setup instructions to install the footbar, shoulder rests, headrest, rope riser posts, ropes, straps, springs and other accessories.
Before the first workout:
- Confirm that all bolts, pins and adjustment points are securely fastened.
- Check that the springs, ropes, straps and clips are correctly attached.
- Move the carriage slowly without a user to confirm smooth, unobstructed travel.
- Ensure the reformer is stable and level before use.
- Keep children and pets away during assembly and adjustment.
Routine Care
After each session, wipe the frame, carriage and upholstery with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or mild soap. Dry all surfaces thoroughly after cleaning.
Keep the stainless-steel rails free from dust, hair and debris to maintain smooth carriage movement. Do not apply oils, lubricants or cleaning sprays to the rails or carriage wheels unless specifically recommended in the supplied manual.
Avoid using bleach, alcohol, abrasive cleaners, solvents or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the frame, upholstery or protective finish.
Regular Safety Checks
Inspect the following components regularly:

- Ropes, straps and clips
- Carriage wheels and guide rails
- Footbar and adjustment pins
- Shoulder rests and headrest
- Bolts, screws and frame connections
- Upholstery for cuts, cracking or excessive wear

Store and use the reformer indoors, away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not fold, stand vertically or store the reformer in an unsupported position unless this is specifically permitted in the supplied manufacturer instructions.
