The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Assembly & Care
Assembly
Some assembly is required. An installation tool kit is included with the reformer. Due to the equipment’s size and 98 kg (216.1 lb) weight, we recommend using two adults for safe positioning and setup. Assemble the reformer on a level, stable surface and follow the installation instructions provided with your order. Before first use, confirm that the tower, footbar, springs, ropes, straps and all fasteners are correctly installed and securely tightened.
Care & Maintenance
Wipe the frame, carriage, footbar and upholstery after each session using a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. Dry all surfaces thoroughly and avoid bleach, abrasive products, solvents or harsh chemical cleaners.
Keep the guide rails, carriage wheels and rollers free from dust, hair and debris to maintain a smooth, quiet glide. Clean them with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth—do not spray liquids directly onto the machine or apply oil-based lubricants to the rails or rollers.
Regularly inspect the springs, hooks, ropes, straps, pulleys, tower fittings and bolts for looseness, corrosion, deformation or visible wear. Tighten loose fasteners when necessary and discontinue use until any damaged component has been replaced. Keep the reformer indoors in a clean, dry environment.
