The Anfim ALBA is a powerful espresso grinder, produced by Anfim in Italy to handle high volume cafés without sacrificing simplicity. Its 3.5" color touchscreen makes it easy to select and program three unique recipes, while grind adjustment can be done single-handedly thanks to the stepless micrometric knob to the right of the screen. With a set of 80mm flat steel burrs, the ALBA can grind a double shot in under three seconds.

Features and Benefits

The ALBA's performance can be attributed to its 80mm burrs and 700 W motor. When grinding for espresso, the average output reaches a speed of 6.4g/sec. which is enough to keep up in high volume cafés. Up to three unique recipes can be programmed by time within 1/10th of a second. The recipes are displayed on the screen to access with just a touch in addition to a fourth option for manual grinding. The ALBA is capable of hands-free grinding and is equipped with a portafilter activated grinding via the start switch in the portafilter holder.

For ease of cleaning and servicing, the grinds chute is adjustable and removable, and key components that require frequent servicing are accessible without the use of additional tools. The ALBA is housed in full, made-in-Italy metal casework and features a removable magnetic catch tray that attaches at the base of the grinder.
