Ceado's E6C Chameleon grinder doesn’t change colors…but it does adapt perfectly to whatever style of brewing you’re feeling on any given day. Stepless, micrometric grind size adjustments from espresso-fine to cold-brew-coarse are made with a single rotation of the smooth-turning collar, which features an adjustable grind setting indicator with easy-to-read markings, so you can dial in for any grind size with ease. Then, simply start the motor, load your coffee dose, and pillowy, clump-free grounds are delivered directly into your dosing cup.

At the core of the E6C “Chameleon” is a set of custom 64mm flat steel burrs with Ceado’s Opalglide coating that protects them from water damage, so you can RDT to your heart’s delight. Powered by a 460 W motor, the Chameleon dispenses 3.5 grams per second at espresso sizes, and 4.8 grams per second at filter sizes. Thanks to the anti-static jig, these grounds are delivered clump-free directly into your dosing cup.

The full range of grind sizes, from finer than espresso to coarser than cold brew, are accessible with a single rotation of the smooth-turn collar, which features large, legible markings and a rubber grip that makes it easy to rotate. So, if you’re the kind of person who makes an espresso in the morning, maybe a French press in the afternoon and perhaps sets up a cold brew overnight, the Chameleon makes switching between these different grind settings simple. 

The Chameleon sits at a 70° angle, which, along with the included silicone bellows and removable grounds chute, helps achieve near-zero retention, so you get fresh coffee every time you brew. Mounted below the grounds chute is an integrated light that illuminates the grounds as they're dispensed.
