Overview

The Ceado REV Steel delivers commercial‑grade performance to prosumer and café workflows. Its 83 mm flat steel burrs are paired with a 4 A motor for fast, quiet espresso grinding at around 5 g/s. A new ALIGN (Advanced Leveling Intelligent Grinding Nexus) system tracks burr position digitally, so your setting is always visible on‑screen and you can “pin” reference points to return to as needed. Choose models with WAM (Weight Adjustment Module) for grind‑by‑weight dosing, or without WAM for traditional time‑based operation—both built on the same chassis with a modern asymmetrical design.

WAM vs. Non-WAM

WAM (Weight Adjustment Module): Tares your portafilter and dispenses by weight with 0.1 g precision; three programmable doses (A/B/C) plus manual; two activation styles pre-selected start with automatic activation or PFA (portafilter activation) bypass with touch screen grinding.

Non‑WAM: Time‑based dosing with pre‑selected, two‑step start, PFA bypass, and click‑start modes; optional pulsing lets you top‑off a partial dose.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
