With the De’Longhi La Specialista Maestro you get a built-in grinder, portafilter holder, and automatic milk frother. This latest version features De'Longhi's Cold Extraction Technology and can produce on-demand cold coffee specialties. 

For instance, the La Specialista Maestro features 15 grinding settings and precise digital dosing that registers micro adjustments measured by two sensors. Another difference is the Specialista’s two ways of steaming: the My LatteArt System that ensures frothed milk capable of latte art, and the LatteCrema System that automatically produces deliciously dense and creamy milk foam.

In total, the Specialista offers eight specialty brews drinks/beverages: espresso, coffee, americano, cappuccino, flat white, and latte, espresso cool and cold brew.
