Features and Benefits

When brewing espresso, precision temperature control is a must to ensure proper extraction, and the LELIT58 commercial group is Lelit’s solution at the entry level. By locating the boiler directly above the brew group, heat loss is minimized while heat transfer from the boiler and the group to the portafilter are maximized.

The easy-to-read PID controls brew temperature directly, allowing for precise, 1° increments in both Farenheit and Celcius. It also allows users to adjust steam boiler temperature to adjust pressure to their liking.

The Elizabeth also features a set of programmable brew buttons that can be set to brew by time, automatically starting and stopping extraction at the appropriate time. This unique feature is especially helpful when learning to brew and steam simultaneously. Pre-infusion can also be switched on and off, and programmed with delay to pause for up to 10 seconds before extraction begins.

If you’re upgrading to the Elizabeth from a previous machine, or if you’ve never owned an espresso machine before, the extra tall spouts are very flexible with clearance up to four inches. Out-of-the-box extras like 9-11g single and 14-18g double IMS precision portafilter baskets, cleaning products, and a barista towel round out the experience and set you up for success.
