The Mahlkonig EK43 S features huge 98 mm cast steel burrs spinning at an idle rate of 1760 RPM. Its impressive grinding speed of about 21 grams per second means that you can grind through a 12 oz retail bag of coffee in about 16 seconds. The shorter overall height of the EK43 S is better suited to operations where smaller retail bags will be most common, but the unchanged motor and burr set mean that this grinder will have no trouble keeping up with any frequency of grinding you throw at it.
