The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Assembly & Care
Some assembly is required. For easier and safer setup, we recommend having two adults available and assembling the reformer on a flat, stable surface. Follow the included instructions carefully and fully tighten all frame, tower, pulley, and attachment connections before use.
Regularly inspect the springs, ropes, straps, pulleys, bolts, and moving parts for wear or looseness. Wipe the frame, rails, and upholstery with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture.
Keep the reformer indoors in a dry, temperature-controlled space. Do not expose the maple frame to direct sunlight, humidity, or standing water. Check all safety connections before every workout.
