Assembly Required

The Ladder Barrel is shipped partially disassembled to reduce the package size and minimize the risk of damage during transportation. Basic assembly is required after delivery, and the necessary tools and hardware are included in the package.

This Ladder Barrel includes a 2-year limited warranty on the frame and a 1-year limited warranty on eligible parts. Coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use and excludes normal wear, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, and accidental damage.

Assembly

The Solid Wood Pilates Ladder Barrel is delivered partially disassembled to reduce shipping size and help protect the equipment during transit.

• Two-person assembly is recommended.
  
• Place all parts on a clean, soft surface before installation.
  
• Attach the ladder frame and barrel assembly securely to the base frame.
  
• Install the fixing screws and adjustment knobs using the included toolkit.
  
• Position the barrel at the desired distance from the ladder, then fully tighten all knobs and fasteners.
  
• Place the equipment on a flat, level surface and check that it is stable before use.
  
• Inspect all connections after assembly and periodically retighten them when necessary.
  

Do not use the Ladder Barrel until every component is correctly installed and securely tightened.

Care & Maintenance

• Wipe the wooden frame with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately.
  
• Clean the upholstery using a damp cloth and mild soap.
  
• Do not use bleach, alcohol, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals.
  
• Keep the equipment away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
  
• Avoid placing sharp objects on the upholstery.
  
• Check the screws, adjustment knobs, ladder rungs, and frame regularly for looseness or wear.
  
• Stop using the equipment if any part appears damaged, unstable, or excessively worn.
  
• Keep the surrounding exercise area clean, dry, and free from obstacles.
