The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Assembly & Care
Assembly
Some assembly is required. Due to the reformer’s size and weight, setup by two adults is recommended.
Before first use:
- Place the reformer on a flat, stable and dry surface.
- Install the footbar, shoulder rests, ropes, pulleys and accessories according to the supplied instructions.
- Make sure all bolts, knobs and locking components are fully secured.
- Check that the carriage moves smoothly along the track without obstruction.
- Confirm that springs are attached correctly and show no signs of damage.
- Adjust both ropes to an equal length before training.
- Test the reformer carefully at low resistance before beginning a full workout.
Do not use the reformer if any component is loose, missing, damaged or incorrectly installed.
Care & Maintenance
- Wipe the upholstery after each use with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
- Use mild soap when needed, then dry the surface completely.
- Avoid bleach, alcohol-based cleaners, solvents and abrasive products.
- Clean the maple frame with a dry or lightly damp microfiber cloth.
- Keep the carriage track free from dust, hair and debris.
- Inspect springs, ropes, pulleys, straps, wheels and fasteners regularly.
- Replace worn or damaged components before continued use.
- Keep the reformer indoors in a dry, temperature-controlled environment.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat or moisture.- Do not place heavy objects on the carriage when the reformer is not in use.
