The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Assembly

Your Full Track Solid Wood Pilates Reformer should be assembled on a flat, stable surface with enough space around the machine for safe movement.

• We recommend assembly by two adults due to the product’s size and weight.
  
• Carefully unpack all components and check them against the included parts list.
  
• Install the legs, carriage, footbar, shoulder rests, headrest, pulley risers, ropes and straps according to the supplied manual.
  
• Attach each spring securely and confirm that all hooks and connection points are correctly positioned.
  
• Tighten all bolts and fasteners before use.
  
• Test the carriage slowly to ensure it travels smoothly and remains correctly aligned on the track.
  

Assembly requirements may vary depending on the delivered configuration. Always follow the manual included with your reformer. Professional assembly is recommended if you are unfamiliar with Pilates equipment.

Care & Maintenance

• Wipe the solid wood frame with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak the wood.
  
• Clean the upholstery after use with a mild soap solution, then wipe it dry.
  
• Avoid bleach, alcohol-based cleaners, abrasive products and harsh chemicals.
  
• Keep the rails and carriage wheels clean and free from dust, hair and debris.
  
• Do not lubricate the tracks unless specifically instructed in the product manual.
  
• Regularly inspect the springs, ropes, straps, hooks, pulleys, wheels and safety components for wear.
  
• Periodically check and tighten all bolts and fasteners.
  
• Keep the reformer indoors, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity.
