The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Assembly

The Oak Classic Pilates Reformer requires assembly before use. A model-specific installation guide and tool kit are included to support a smooth and secure setup.

Due to the reformer’s 78 kg / 172 lb weight, we recommend having two adults available for unpacking, moving, and assembly. Install the reformer on a flat, stable surface and allow sufficient clearance around the equipment for safe movement.

Before your first workout, check that all bolts and fittings are secure and confirm that the carriage, footbar, springs, straps, shoulder rests, and accessories are correctly installed.

Care & Maintenance

Wipe the upholstery after each workout using a soft, slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then dry it thoroughly.

Clean the solid-wood frame with a dry or lightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid excessive water, abrasive cleaners, bleach, solvents, and harsh chemicals.

Keep the stainless-steel guide rails clean and free from dust, hair, and debris to maintain smooth and quiet carriage movement.

Regularly inspect the springs, straps, ropes, wheels, hardware, and connection points for looseness, wear, or damage. Tighten loose fittings when necessary and stop using the reformer if any component appears damaged.

Store and use the reformer indoors in a dry, temperature-controlled environment, away from direct sunlight, heaters, and excessive humidity.

Do not lubricate the rails, wheels, or springs unless specifically instructed in the supplied maintenance guide.
