The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Assembly & Care

Simple Setup, Designed for Long-Term Performance

Your Reformora Maple Full-Track Pilates Reformer with Tower requires partial assembly. Because the frame and tower components are large and heavy, two adults are strongly recommended for safe installation.

Before You Begin

• Assemble on a clean, flat, and level surface.
  
• Protect the floor with the shipping cardboard or a soft blanket.
  
• Keep all packaging until assembly is complete and the product has been fully inspected.
  
• Check that all components, springs, straps, ropes, bars, and hardware are included.
  
• Use only the supplied hardware and suitable assembly tools.
  

Assembly Overview

1. Position the reformer frame in its final location.
   
2. Install and securely fasten the tower structure.
   
3. Attach the footbar, shoulder rests, headrest, ropes, straps, and spring components.
   
4. Install the jump board, box, and other accessories as needed.
   
5. Check that every bolt, knob, pin, and connection point is fully secured.
   
6. Test the carriage slowly without a user to confirm smooth, unobstructed movement.
   
7. Confirm that the springs and straps are correctly attached before beginning your first workout.
   

Important: Do not use the reformer if any component feels loose, damaged, unstable, or incorrectly aligned. Contact Reformora Support before use if you need assistance.

Everyday Care

• Wipe the upholstery after each session with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
  
• Use mild soap when needed; avoid bleach, alcohol, abrasive cleaners, and harsh chemicals.
  
• Dry all surfaces thoroughly after cleaning.
  
• Wipe the maple frame with a dry or lightly damp microfiber cloth.
  
• Remove dust, hair, and debris from the rails and carriage wheels regularly.
  
• Keep springs, ropes, straps, pulleys, and connection points clean and dry.
  
• Do not apply oil or lubricant unless specifically recommended by Reformora.
  
• Keep the equipment away from excessive moisture, direct heat, and prolonged sunlight.
  

Regular Safety Checks

Before each use, inspect:

• Springs for stretching, corrosion, gaps, or unusual wear
  
• Ropes and straps for fraying or damage
  
• Carabiners, clips, hooks, and safety pins
  
• Footbar and tower locking points
  
• Carriage wheels and guide rails
  
• Bolts, knobs, and frame connections
  
• Upholstery for tears or loose sections
  

Stop using the equipment immediately if you notice unusual movement, noise, instability, or damaged parts.

Recommended Maintenance

Perform a complete hardware and safety inspection regularly, especially when the reformer is used frequently. Tighten loose fasteners carefully without overtightening, and replace worn springs, ropes, straps, or other consumable components when required.
