Maple Pilates Ped-o-Pull
Der Legacy Pilates Ped-o-Pull besteht aus einer T-förmigen Stange, die oben mit einer hohen Metallstange verbunden ist, die in einer quadratischen Holzbasis montiert ist. Federn sind am horizontalen Teil befestigt und der vertikale Teil stellt die Wirbelsäule dar, die mit der Stange ausgerichtet ist. Übungen auf dem Ped-o-Pull fördern auch die Schulterstabilität und das Gleichgewicht.
Bei der Walnuss-Option sind die Bodenplatte und das Holzstück an den Aluminiumgriffen aus Walnuss.
