The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Assembly & Care
Assembly
This reformer arrives partially assembled to make setup easier. Light assembly is required before first use.
✓ Attach the footbar, shoulder rests, ropes, straps and included accessories according to the supplied instructions
✓ Place the reformer on a flat, stable surface
✓ Check that all bolts, adjustment points and locking mechanisms are securely tightened
✓ Confirm that the springs, ropes and straps are correctly connected before use
✓ Allow adequate clearance around the reformer for safe movement
For safe setup, we recommend assembly by two adults.
Care & Maintenance
✓ Wipe the frame, carriage and upholstery after use with a soft, slightly damp cloth
✓ Use mild soap only when necessary, then dry the surface immediately
✓ Avoid abrasive cleaners, alcohol, bleach and strong chemicals
✓ Keep the wooden frame away from excess moisture, direct sunlight and heat sources
✓ Regularly inspect the springs, ropes, straps, wheels and hardware for signs of wear
✓ Tighten loose fittings when required
✓ Keep the guide rails clean and free from dust or debris
✓ Do not use oil or lubricant unless recommended in the product manual
✓ Replace worn or damaged components before using the reformer again
Store the reformer indoors in a clean, dry environment. When folding or moving it, remove loose accessories and make sure the folding mechanism is securely locked.
