Reformora is an independent online retailer specialising in Pilates equipment, based in Malden, Massachusetts and serving customers across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not run our own factory. Instead, we work with established Pilates equipment manufacturers and source a focused range of reformers, towers, chairs, barrels and accessories that meet our standards for build quality, materials and durability. Every machine we list is one we have selected and are willing to stand behind.
What we own end to end is everything that happens after you order: pricing, shipping, delivery insurance, returns, warranty claims and support. When you email or call us, you reach Reformora directly — not a third party.

How We Choose What We Sell
We select for the details cheaper machines skip. The reformers we carry are built with North American hard maple or aluminium-alloy frames, steel resistance springs rather than elastic cords, precision rails for a smooth, quiet carriage glide, high-density foam, and non-animal microfiber upholstery. Specifications vary by model, so the exact frame material, dimensions, weight capacity and included accessories are listed on each product page — please check them before ordering.
If a machine does not meet those standards, we do not list it.
